Mp3 Script has been updated to v6.4, including a change in the version of PHPMailer from 5 to 6.4 to support sending emails in PHP 7.

Changed the version of PHPMailer from 5 to 6.4 to be able to send emails in PHP 7.
Files to update:

/bin/PHPMailer folder has been removed.
/bin/PHPMailer-master folder was added in place.
Copy and paste the application\libraries\Myemail.php with the new one.
